Sherry
Hay has more than 19 years of real estate sales experience in the
Indianapolis area. She is an accomplished practitioner and real estate
marketer; her vision and expertise in the real estate industry are
highlighted both by her success and her long list of new friends that
were previous clients.
Sherry´s first love is her family and she dedicated her early years to
her son, Jeff and her daughter Laura. Her children have given her 3
granddaughters; Samantha, Sarah and Maris whose faces light up when they
see "Nana" coming.
Sherry is no stranger to hard work and dedication to her job. She first
entered the work force as an employee for the U. S. Postal Service.
Next, she began a career in the retail clothing industry and soon worked
her way to be the store manager. These beginnings gave her the
foundation of a strong work ethic and solid understanding how important
is it to provide quality service to customers.
Sherry has always been intrigued by the real estate industry, and in
1989, she decided to get her license and pursue another dream. She
became a real estate sales associate with the F.C. Tucker Company (the
largest Real Estate Company in Indiana), where she watched, learned and
grew her real estate skills and became one of F. C. Tucker's top
producing agents. Sherry is expert at listing, selling, and negotiating
all aspects of real estate transactions. Being born and raised in the
Indianapolis area has provided her an in-depth knowledge of the area
real estate market and in turn allows her to find the right property for
her clients.
After 15 very successful years with Tucker, Sherry decided to take the
next logical step in her real estate career and formed her own team of
real estate specialists. Her primary goal of Team Hay Realty is
simply to provide clients with the best service possible. Each member
of the team focuses on his or her area of expertise allowing Sherry to
do what she does best - getting you the best deal possible! She pledges
to promote the best interests of her clients aggressively, with
professionalism and utmost integrity.
Many agents think their most important job is satisfying the customer.
Sherry doesn´t think that is true. She believes that satisfying the
customer is the minimum requirement necessary for staying in business.
She works every day to improve her systems, processes and services that
go well beyond the standard level of "service" provided by most agents.
"Just Say "Hay" is her advertising mantra as Sherry maintains "down
home" personal relationships with her clients; while using all
technology has to offer to meet her client´s objectives in real estate.
